Joshua Gailey, DMD, MS
Dr. Joshua Gailey grew up in Fallon, Nevada. From 2000 to 2002, he served as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Londrina, Brazil. Afterward, he attended Brigham Young University- Idaho and graduated Suma Cum Laude in 2005 with his Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in History and Architecture. After completion of his undergraduate degree, Dr. Gailey attended Idaho State University to complete his dental school prerequisites.
Dr. Gailey returned to Nevada in 2007 and graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree in 2011. After graduation, Dr. Gailey began Army Active Duty service, attending the basic Officer Leadership Course. He was then stationed at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, for a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program. During this program he began to cultivate a passion for endodontics. While at his next duty station in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, he was accepted into the Fort Bragg Endodontic residency program.
Dr. Gailey completed his endodontic residency and graduated with a Master of Science and Certificate in Endodontics in June 2017. After graduating, Dr. Gailey was then stationed at Fort Hood, Texas. In July 2018, Dr. Gailey successfully completed his Board Certification in July 2018. Additionally, while stationed in Fort Hood, Dr. Gailey served as Radiation Officer, Continuing Education Officer, and Safety Officer. Since 2019, Dr. Gailey has taught as associate professor for the Fort Hood 2-year AEGD. He is active in his local and religious communities. He is licensed in Nevada, Texas, New Hampshire and Vermont. He is a member of the American Association of Endodontists.
Dr. Gailey currently lives in Harker Heights, Texas with his wife and five children. His hobbies include woodworking, reading, and spending time with his family. He and his family are anxiously awaiting their permanent relocation to New Hampshire following the completion of his Active Duty Service Obligation in June of 2020.
